Occupational Health Services: Group Health At Work

Group Health's Occupational Health Services is a great resource for you when your patients need ongoing work-related injury care. We employ medical and administrative best practices to get thousands of injured workers back on the job, quickly and safely, every year — both Group Health members and nonmembers alike.

If you haven't joined the Washington Department of Labor & Industries' (L&I) Medical Provider Network (MPN) — a requirement to treat injured workers beyond their first visit — or you simply don't have the staff to help provide ongoing, well-coordinated care to injured workers, we encourage you to send your patients to us.

Our high-caliber, quality occupational medicine program includes:

  • Board-certified occupational medicine physicians — all in the MPN — with some featured in Seattle magazine's latest "Top Docs" issue.
  • Nurses trained in occupational medicine and certified by The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.
  • Case managers skilled at keeping patients and employers in the loop.
  • 12 Group Health Medical Centers locations.

We Serve Everyone

Because Washington state allows workers injured on the job to choose any provider within the MPN, your patients do not have to be Group Health members to receive treatment from our specially trained providers.
